To reserve your Spa Party with "Spa Carissima", we ask you to please read over our policy requirements before sending your deposit cheque or e-transfer along with our policy form found at the bottom of the page.

Reservations may be made 7 days a week. We recommend at least 3 to 6 weeks (depending on season) for spa parties and corporate events. Last minute appointments are sometimes available. Reservations may be made by calling Marina @ 514.244.1213. At the time of booking your children's spa party, we require a non-refundable deposit of $50 along with a copy of our policy form (please see attachment at bottom of page).
Our packages are for a minimum of 6 girls, taxes and lootbags are included.
When booking a large spa party we require a $75 non-refundable deposit along with our policy form. This amount is our flat rate and does not get applied towards any services. Certain conditions apply.
For smaller groups (4 to 8 women), a $50 deposit is required to reserve your day and time. This amount will get deducted should a minimum of 6 guests chose any mani/pedi service of 50$ or more.
Out of region/Travel and parking fees may apply.
Our Registered Massage Therapist requires a minimum of 2.5 to 3 hours to book a spa party. Insurance receipts are available.
A few days before your event, we will contact you to go over any modifications.
You may pay your deposit by etransfer or cheque payable to: Marina Sementilli or Carissima Mobile Spa
Final payment is due day of spa party in cash only. Cheques are not allowed on the day of the party....No Exceptions.
Please know that should there be a guest cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for the final head count you gave prior to the spa party.
NSF There is a $35 fee for any cheque that is returned to us.
For a spa party or event, our technicians will arrive approx. 15 minutes prior to set up the spa space. At that time, please inform your technician of anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made. Our services are in high demand and are often booked weeks in advance. Please allow for flexibility in your request.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot make your appointment, please call 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to rebook your appointment. We will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows. In the event of inclement weather, serious illness or unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date. Please make sure that all spa party guests are aware of this policy.
Gratuities Gratuities are not included in our treatment prices. If you are pleased with your services, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your spa technician. The gratuity may be added to the total cost of service at time of booking if you prefer.
Our spa technicians uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually-suggested remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled services.
Our spa technicians will refuse or terminate a treatment if; any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation, broken skin or lesions, misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments, Intoxication.
There are a few medical conditions that are not compatible with spa treatments – serious cardiac conditions and blood clots; skin disease, wounds, or tumors; cancer or tuberculosis; fever; fractures or dislocations. Please consult with your physician regarding any medical concerns prior to your spa services.
