What are mobile services?
Mobile services gives you, our client, the luxury of enjoying spa services in the comfort of your home without having to worry about being late, parking or finding a babysitter.
How many guests can you accommodate at a spa party?
We can accommodate groups of 2 to 12. We will send between 1 and 4 therapists to your party depending on the number of services requested.
What do I need to provide for a spa party?
We bring everything we need to do the spa services requested. All that we require is access to water and a comfortable place for the client to sit while receiving their treatment.
How long will the spa party last?
You can plan on 30 to 60 minutes per guest; depending on the service.
How do I book a spa party?
Phone or email Marina with the date and time you would like your party. If that date is open we will hold it for you. We usually book our “ spa parties” one to two months in advance. We require your name, address and phone number, along with a 30% to 50% deposit to hold the date. When you have found out how many guests will be coming to your party and what services they are requesting you can pass this information on to us. Two weeks before your party we will call you to confirm exact numbers.
How long will my nail enhancements last?
Generally, nail enhancements last 2 to 4 weeks before requiring a refill. Your nail enhancements depend on how YOU take care of your hands.
Remember; treat your nails like jewels not tools!
Help! My nail turned green. What is it?
Pseudomonas Bacteria!!! Most often the result of air pockets trapped between the natural nail and the product. Moisture gets in the air pocket and the green pigment-producing organism thrives in the moist environment. Hence the reason why refills should be done every 2 to 3 weeks. What is fungus? Onychomycosis, a fungal infection. Can be caused by humidity and improper, unhygienic use of tools by the technician. Your nails may become soft and parts of it may actually break away, or the nail may become thick and irregular. If neglected, will spread out on the fingers/feet. See a dermatologist for treatment.
How long does a pedicure color last?
By applying a Gel overlay to your freshly painted toes, it should last between 4 to 8 weeks.
After waxing, how do I remove ingrown hairs?
Loufa! Loufa! Loufa! Do not remove any ingrown hairs because it can cause an infection and scaring. Using your loufa on a regular basis can help prevent future out breaks. Ask your aesthetician for advice or suggestions.
Should I be waxing even if I have varicose veins?
Depending on the severity of your veins, your beauty technician will help you decide.
